No Snooze ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: If you choose to sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture for account setup.
Alarm and focus configuration: Alarm times, labels, repeat schedules, proof types, and focus profiles you create within the App.
App usage statistics: The App reads device usage stats solely to enforce Focus Mode app blocking and to display your screen time on the dashboard. This data is processed locally on your device.
Photos: If you use Photo Proof, reference and proof images are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
Location: If you use Location Proof, your chosen coordinates are stored locally for alarm dismissal verification. Location is only accessed when setting or dismissing a Location Proof alarm.

2. Android Permissions

The App requests the following permissions, each used strictly for core functionality:

3. Data Storage

Alarm and focus data is stored locally on your device. If you sign in with Google, your profile and configuration may be synced to the cloud. You can sign out at any time to stop cloud sync.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Services: Used for sign-in, cloud data sync, and push notifications. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Ads: The App displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Ad Policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only with the third-party services listed above as required for app functionality.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated cloud data by signing out and uninstalling the App. To request server-side data deletion, email us at the address below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

No Snooze is a productivity application that provides alarm clock functionality with proof-of-action dismissal tasks and a Focus Mode feature that limits access to selected applications during timed sessions.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for granting the necessary permissions for the App to function properly.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a personal productivity tool.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.

3. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
The App is a productivity tool and is not a medical device, safety alarm, or emergency notification system.
We are not liable for missed alarms due to device manufacturer battery optimizations, OS-level restrictions, or other factors outside our control.
Focus Mode effectiveness may vary across device manufacturers and Android versions.

4. Ads & In-App Content

The App includes advertisements served by Google. Ad content is managed by Google and is subject to Google's advertising policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within the App are the property of No Snooze and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or modify its features at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
